How does the free trial work?+
You get full access for 14 days. Billing starts after the trial unless you cancel from the billing page.
How do I add the widget to my website?+
Copy the script tag from the Widget page in your dashboard and paste it before the closing </body> tag. That's all.
Which AI model do you use?+
We use Mistral AI, a European provider. Answers are based only on the content you ingested.
Is my data stored in the EU?+
Yes. Our infrastructure runs at Hetzner and Scaleway in the EU.
Can I export my tasks?+
Your task list — or a single category — can be downloaded as a PDF or printed with the printer-friendly view.
What happens to completed tasks?+
By default, open tasks are marked done after 30 days and completed tasks are deleted 30 days later. You can change both periods in Settings.
Are prices including VAT?+
Prices are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.
